The MOU sets the floor: $3.8 billion a year in US military aid to Israel, locked through 2028 by an agreement no Congress has been willing to renegotiate. The April 2024 supplemental added $8.7 billion on top. Behind the appropriation lines are the actual transfers — 2,000-pound bombs, 155mm artillery shells, JDAM kits, tank ammunition — documented by the Quincy Institute and the Costs of War Project at Brown. Visualized as a supply chain because it is one — same logistics, same paperwork, same audit trail as anything else the country ships overseas. The design doesn't need a graphic flourish. WHY THIS MATTERS
